8in1 Safe-Guard Canine Dewormer for Small Dogs, 3 Day Treatment

Safe-Guard 4 Canine Dewormer is for the treatment and control of tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms and whipworms. Consult your veterinarian for help in the diagnosis, treatment and control of parasitism. Specific diagnoses require laboratory testing. Dogs can become infected with several different kinds of tapeworms. Safe-Guard 4 Canine only kills Taenia species of tapeworms. Roundworms and hookworms may pose serious human health risks; regular deworming may help reduce those risks. Safe-Guard 4 Canine is safe for use in puppies 6 weeks or older and adult dogs, including pregnant dogs. Do not deworm a dog or puppy that is sick. Consult your veterinarian for a diagnosis of the illness. The daily dose for Safe-Guard 4 Canine is 50 mg/kg (22.7 mg/lb) of body weight. You should weigh your dog to make sure you are using the right dose. Your dog must be treated with the following dose for 3 days in a row. See label for dosage.

Good product – read helpful comments here Febendazole is a very safe and effective wormer. The therapeutic index is over 100 which means that you can give a dose 100x necessary and not cause injury in large part because febendazole stays mostly in the intestine and is not absorbed into the body. That said , if you want to do multiple treatments or treat multiple dogs you can purchase any size dog package and divide the contents to achieve a dose of 1 gm per 10 lb max of weight . Any individual opened pack can be stored folded in a…

Product works great and price is affordable I have a 40 pound 3 month old Rottweiler puppy. I noticed her stool looked like it had rice in it. I took a sample to her vet and they determined she had tapeworms. I ordered this product on Amazon and paid for it myself. I was NOT given this as a sample for an honest review. I followed the directions on the package as well as kept her feces picked up from the yard and her toys and bedding clean. She was give a dose every day for 3 consecutive days and by day 2, her stool looked free of…
